Friday, June 20th

Kickoff Party

Join us Friday night to kick off the wedding weekend! Following the rehearsal dinner, all guests are welcome to swing by at Produce Row Cafe on Portland’s East Side after 8:30pm for drinks from the cash bar on the back patio. We’ll be there post-dinner to kick off the weekend with good vibes and good company.

At 10:00pm, we’ll move en masse to a nearby private patio. For the true party animals, we’ll keep the night alive at one of Portland’s classic dance spots. Come ready to groove, but save some for the main event on Saturday!

Saturday, June 21st

The Big Event

Wedding Day Shuttle

Two shuttle will leave from the Cathedral Park Parking Area in the St. Johns neighborhood, leaving promptly at 3:45pm – please be punctual! We sent out a survey on May 21 (email at drewlebo@gmail.com if you didn’t get one) to confirm shuttle spots – RSVP if you plan to ride. Note that the shuttle pick-up is adjacent to Green Anchors, a concert and art venue that will be hosting the wedding afterparty.

The Big Event

The wedding ceremony and reception will be held at 3732 NE 246th St., Ridgefield, WA, the beautiful property of our generous friends, Phillip and Fabiano.

4:00-5:00 pm Arrival and Cocktail Hour

Please arrive starting at 4:00pm, but no earlier. From 4:00 to 5:00 there will be a welcome cocktail and appetizers around the back of the house with a beautiful view of Mt. St. Helens.

5:00-5:30 pm Ceremony

5:30-6:30 pm The Party Begins

More cocktails, photos, and mingling. There will be a kids area with activities, a maypole, and a flower crown-making station for anyone channeling their inner pagan.

6:30 – 7:30 pm Buffet Dinner

Find a seat – dinner will be open seating, so make some new friends! We will be releasing tables in groups for the buffet. Please make sure to note any dietary restrictions on your RSVP.

8:00 – 9:30 pm Live Music and Dancing

Sean Daly and the I. Ron Butterfly Band will be serenading us, so bring your dancin’ shoes!

9:30 – 10:00 pm On to the Afterparty1

The band will wrap up around 9:30, and at 10:00 we’ll head to our afterparty at Green Anchors, a unique riverside venue beneath the iconic St. Johns Bridge (about 30 minutes from Ridgefield).

Local legends High Step Society will play a set by the river as we soak up the night under the stars. Guests with shuttle spots can ride there, and we encourage carpooling with designated drivers whenever possible.

If anyone ends up a little too festive, no worries—feel free to leave your car and grab a Lyft or Uber if the shuttle is full.

Important:
Due to neighborhood rules, we can’t allow guests to stay past 10:00pm.

10:30 pm – 2:00 am Late-Night Shenanigans!

Green Anchors is hosting a public event, but we’ve reserved a special zone for our crew, complete with a private firepit and dedicated cash bar. At midnight, the venue becomes ours alone—cue the DJ and leave room for late night tacos!

Unfortunately we are not able to host camping (in vans or tents) due to restrictions at both party locations. Overnight van parking is allowed on residential streets in most Portland neighborhoods, and there are plenty of hotels and other rental options in the nearby areas.

Sunday, June 22nd

11:00 am – 1:00 pm Farewell Brunch Buffet

Return to the homestead (3432 NE246th St.) before you hit the road for a bite, a bloody mary, and/or a hug!
